Michelle just completed work for us in writing our will, durable power of attorney, health care proxy, etc. Her work was top-notch, professional, timely, and well-explained. Her office staff was extremely helpful and communicative (emailing to remind of appointments, happily rescheduling when we needed to, offering coffee/water/drinks upon our arrival, etc.).
Perhaps the best part of working with Michelle is that she takes the time to explain and teach her clients. I didn't just get solid legal documents from her, but now I understand each part of the process and feel much more confident in navigating future issues that may arise requiring us to consult our will/healthcare proxy/etc.
